I recently created a short video about the Lust, Money & Murder series, and it’s been quietly picking up momentum on Facebook (please follow me there).

It started slow… but it keeps getting shown.

A few new readers every day. A few new comments. A few people discovering Elaine and the crew for the first time.

It’s funny — when I wrote the first Lust, Money & Murder book, I would have never believed those characters would still be with me 15 years and 18 books later.

As I said in the video, what readers tell me most often isn’t just that they love the fast pace or the twists.

It’s that they miss the characters between books. Some say they start to feel almost like family.

That may be the best compliment a writer can get.

And interestingly, my top source of new readers isn’t advertising at all — it’s family members passing the books along. Mothers to daughters. Fathers to sons. Brothers and sisters trading recommendations.

That kind of word-of-mouth means more than any algorithm ever could.  So please share the love!

Book #19 is Underway

Some storylines simmer for years. This one has been building since Book 6. A dark, family truth. A rivalry that was never just professional.

In this book, all that finally comes to a head.

Not overseas. Not in some shadowy safe house.

At Elaine's and Nick's home.

And it changes the dynamic of everything that follows.

On another note, I’ve retitled Renata’s Revenge. It’s now called The List — which fits the story much better. New cover. New description. Same sharp edge.
